An Artful Evening

As was a common habit, Sheryl and Dan liked to have quiet dinners at Dan's home where they could cook together, enjoy some good food, and discuss their days.  One evening last December, such a night was planned.  However, Dan had a bit more cooking than the chicken.  While Sheryl was leisurely running an errand after work, Dan rushed home from the bank to prepare the food and set the scene.  When Sheryl finally arrived, there was soft music playing and the lights were dimmed.  In addition, there was a strange package sitting on a chair in the middle of the living room, with instructions on it for her to open it.  As she unwrapped it, Dan got down on bended knee, and as she read the words painted on the canvas, Dan asked Sheryl to marry him and presented her with the most beautiful engagement ring.  As she excitedly accepted the ring onto her finger, she couldn't answer anything but yes.  After they caught their breath, Dan poured the champagne and they toasted to their future together... (and then had to call everyone to tell them the news!)
